Jamaaladeen Tacuma is a quality of suspects. Definitely. As Rudy McDaniel was born in Philadelphia and grew up, he has since the mid-'70s to the influential electric bass player. Around the same time as Bill Laswell, he developed a variation on the one groovy, but tonally as rhythmically free. One way of playing, which is very much on the entire ensemble effect.
